Through our web site when you place an order, we collect the following: your name, telephone, e-mail address, billing information (credit card number, expiration date, name on card and billing address), products purchased, the recipients name, address, telephone and e-mail as well as the message you wish to send on your card. Also when you register as a member we collect your name, e-mail address and any dates you wish to be reminded of with our reminder service.
How we use “cookies”

Flowers by the Bay.com.au use cookies to let us know that you are a prior customer and to provide certain features such as member options. Flowers by the Bay.com.au members can elect to receive our e-specials – at any stage should you wish to stop receiving any of these promotional e-mails, simply click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mail, or login to the members area and tick the newsletter option as ‘none’.
